MAXCARE automatically pays a 10% referral reward for each customer that is referred to us and has MAXCARE services completed.  Within seven days of your referred customer’s services, you will receive a certificate equal to 10% of the value of their services.  This certificate is totally transferable and redeemable for MAXCARE services or CASH, whichever you prefer.
